Hello Ted,
Just a quick thank you for installing the HEPA system last week, as you know, we live in a 1950’s rambler that had a significant dust problem. With two dogs, a cat and two children under 3 years old we constantly had dust and dirt coming and going from our home. Since the installation of the air filtration system we have noticed a significant drop in the amount of dust and fur balls. Our 4 year old lab Emma has allergies and perhaps the most significant allergy she has is to dust. We have had her on a regiment of special foods, fish oil, allergy medications and special shampoo’s but none of these seemed to help. Her constant itching and scratching was a bother to her and sometimes an annoyance to us. In the last week and a half her itching has been dramatically reduced, we suspect this is due to the cleaner air in our home. More importantly, our 3 month old daughter was recently diagnosed with RSV and possibly asthma. While her breathing was getting better and easier with age we know the cleaner air in the house will no doubt help her as her lungs mature.
In short, we have noticed a marked difference in the amount of dust in our home since your system was installed; our home is cleaner and much more pleasant to live in. Thanks a million Ted we will recommend this system to all our friends, clients, and family.
